As a Sales Operations Collaborator, you will support the Sales/ Account teams in managing daily operations and campaign processes. You'll handle paperwork, track progress, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every project runs smoothly and follows company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales/ Account teams in preparing documents such as proposals, quotations, contracts, booking forms, and acceptance reports;
- Follow up on approvals, contract signing, invoicing, and payment progress;
- Update partner, order, cost, and campaign data on internal systems or spreadsheets;
- Coordinate with related teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Content, Creator, etc.) to ensure accurate information flow and timely execution;
- Monitor campaign timelines, remind stakeholders, and provide status updates when needed;
- Support in preparing weekly or monthly reports, checklists, and data summaries;
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of collaboration activities;
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all internal data.
Qualifications
- 6 months 1 year of experience in Sales Support, Account Admin, or related operational roles;
- Experience in agency, media, or advertising environment is an advantage;
- Good skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint;
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Clear communication and teamwork skills;
- Basic understanding of contract and payment procedures;
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
