The company Commercial Excellence team drives business growth and ensures customer satisfaction. We collaborate with other departments and monitor performance metrics to improve commercial programs and provide exceptional service experience.
2. Get to know the role:
- This role is necessary for optimizing sales and billing related processes, with the ultimate goal of supporting the sales team to achieve their targets while ensuring efficient operational efforts.
- The critical tasks that you will perform:
- Maintain the BAU of Vietnam and Regional pre-billing operations, ensuring billing accuracy and timely error handling
- Serve as L2 escalation for pre-billing disputes, driving root-cause, resolution, and clear updates to stakeholders
- Maintain and continuously improve the team's knowledge base and documentation (SOPs, runbooks, FAQs)
- Partner with Country and Regional teams in billing related initiatives for revenue growth or compliance purposes
- Monitor and improve Salesforce CRM data integrity and quality per SOPs
- Involve in internal projects to improve sales and billing related processes as well as system integrations
3. Requirements
- English speaking and writing proficiency for engaging with regional stakeholders in Southeast Asia
- 1 - 3 years in sales operations, sales administration, or customer support within B2B SaaS, E-commerce, FMGC, or startup environments
- Data driven mindset, with intermediate skills in basic analytics tools like Excel and SQL
- Hands on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk
- Comfortable working cross-department with both technical and non-technical teams
- Problem solver with First Principles Thinking; self-learner who can quickly adapt in fast-moving environments.
4. Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: up to 21,500,000 VND Gross/month
- Service voucher: 300,000 VND/month
- 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
