- Working time: Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM.
Responsibilities
1. Order Management
- Receive purchase orders from sales managers for Korea-produced items and register and manage them accurately in SAP
- Maintain and update the order status report on a regular basis
- Coordinate order priorities with the PM team
2. Contract Management
- Support internal contract processing: coordinate approval workflows and ensure timely progression through the LMS
- Maintain version-controlled contract filing and monitor renewal and amendment timelines
- Liaise with Accounting and Legal on contract-related queries and audit responses as needed
3. Budget, Expense & Incentive
- Track and record team budget by category; consolidate monthly expense reports for management
- Support agency commission administration: apply policy, manage agreements, and process deductions per period
- Maintain discount and incentive tracking files; liaise with Accounting for correct transaction classification
- Contribute to the annual budget planning cycle with data preparation and reporting
4. Data Management & SAP
- Manage sales-related master data in SAP: buyer information, packing codes, product codes, and weight data
- Validate label content and parts information to ensure system accuracy
- Identify and escalate data or system gaps in coordination with the IT team
5. Reporting & BI
- Support operation and maintenance of the automated BI system (SAP-integrated) covering market performance, territory analysis, and growth tracking
- Produce monthly reports, KPI dashboards, order tracker, and ad-hoc analysis as required by management
- Prepare materials for internal audits and management reviews
6. General Administration & Coordination
- Monitor overdue payment alerts from Accounting and follow up with the relevant sales managers; coordinate credit hold and release with Accounting and SCM as needed
- Coordinate document approval processes and manage shared drive filing in accordance with naming conventions
- Maintain internal working procedures and standard forms; support document version control
- Coordinate with SCM on order and shipment workflows as needed
7. Business Planning Support
- Consolidate and structure sales and order data to support the annual Business Plan preparation
- Provide sales performance inputs and forecasting data for scenario analysis and management reporting
- Prepare trend analysis and business insight reports to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar coordination role
- Hands-on experience with SAP (SD module) is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Excel, BI tools, and data reporting
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams

- Fluent in English; additional Asian language skills are a plus
