Overview:
This position is responsible for ensuring the effective, accurate, and timely operation of the Order Planning Production Export flow. The role focuses on building and managing global order planning, order administration, cross-functional coordination, data governance, and compliance with internal processes to support business and market demands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global order planning based on market demand, sales plans, and production capacity.
- Adjust order and export plans to balance market needs, manufacturing capability, and logistics.
- Consolidate and manage export orders; monitor order execution and delivery status.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of order data in line with market and internal requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Compliance, Logistics, Manufacturing) to ensure smooth order-to-export operations.
- Manage and maintain data related to orders, pricing, contracts, and market information.
- Support process standardization and continuous improvement related to order planning and export operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in order planning, supply chain, operations, or related functions.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
