As we expand our footprint in Southeast Asia, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development in Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing our brand presence in Vietnam, developing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical aptitude and a deep understanding of the Vietnamese livestocksectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Vietnamese livestock market (poultry and swine) by managing key distributor partnership to increase market share.

  • Sales Strategy: Execute local sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with farm owners, corporate, and distributors.

  • Technical Consultation: Understand client needs and provide technical solutions regarding farm automation and equipment layout.

  • After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report feedback to headquarters in China.

  • Cross-cultural Collaboration: Liaise between local clients and the Chinese headquarters regarding product customization and contract negotiations.
