About the Company

Our client is a Japanese trading company specializing in supplying electrical, electronic, and mechanical components to manufacturers across Vietnam and ASEAN markets.

Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


Key Responsibilitie

  • sManage and develop relationships with existing Japanese customers
  • .Handle customer inquiries related to quotations, delivery schedules, quality issues, and new product proposals
  • .Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers
  • .Lead and supervise the Sales and Customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • .Monitor sales performance and ensure team KPIs and revenue targets are achieved
  • .Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to management
  • .Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to support business growth

.Requirement

  • sBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
  • .At least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, electronics, electrical components, mechanical parts, or trading companies
  • .Previous experience managing a sales team is preferred
  • .Strong customer relationship management and business development skills
  • .Good English communication skills
  • .Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above
  • .Proactive, results-oriented, and willing to build a long-term career with the company
