About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Sales Manager to support their high-growth sustainable energy department. Our client is an innovative provider of green energy and smart charging solutions expanding its market presence in Vietnam.
Joining the team as a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, expanding strategic distribution channels, and driving revenue growth across the Solar and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) sectors. You will work closely with the executive board to analyze market trends, optimize pipelines using CRM tools, and establish a result-driven culture to capture emerging business opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth: Design and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies for the Solar and BESS sectors while advising the CEO on long-term market expansion and partnership opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team; set clear objectives and KPIs, and foster a highly motivated, results-oriented workplace culture.
- Distribution & Key Accounts: Identify, establish, and optimize robust distribution networks while directly nurturing relationships with key strategic clients and corporate partners.
- Data & Pipeline Management: Monitor financial performance, manage the sales pipeline, and utilize CRM software to maintain accurate data analytics and business forecasting.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role specifically within the Solar and BESS industries.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong capability in managing business operations, resource allocation, and tracking commercial metrics via CRM systems.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documents in English is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and public relations capabilities.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and high tolerance for stress in a target-driven environment.
