Job Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our market expansion in Southeast Asia, focusing on Consumer Electronics and Light Electric Vehicle (LEV) segments. You will be responsible for developing channel partnerships, driving sales growth, and strengthening brand presence across the region. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, regional experience, and a passion for sustainable technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the Southeast Asia region for Consumer Electronics and LEV products.
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape, and prepare actionable market reports.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to different SEA countries.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely resolution of slow-moving or excess stock in the region.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and work with technical and logistics teams to ensure high service satisfaction.
- Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collection in alignment with company policies.
- Support other business initiatives and assignments as required by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics and/or Light Electric Vehicle (LEV/E-bike/E-scooter) industries; OR 5+ years in relevant B2B sales roles in the SEA region.
- Business fluency in English is required. Proficiency in a Southeast language (e.g., Thai,Bahasa Indonesia) is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia. Existing work rights or visa availability for ASEAN countries is preferred.
- Strong ethical standards and alignment with our company's values and mission.
- Outgoing, adaptable, excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills across diverse cultures.
- Ability to analyze local markets, identify opportunities, and execute plans independently.
