You will be responsible for all Industrial Coating business segments & selected focus in Powder, COEX, GI Key Accounts in North Viet Nam. You will be responsible for the performance of sales team in the north of VN to meet the business target: sales, PC, new development customers and accounts. You will be reporting directly to Business Development Manager, North VN.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the performance and development of selected key accounts and distributors to meet the business assignment goals.
- Drive sustainable and profitable growth for the Industrial Coatings (IC) business in North Vietnam by leading the sales team, developing new business opportunities, expanding market share, and building a strong pipeline of prospective customers and projects.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, sales forecast and commercial activity with selected key accounts and distributors.
- Co-ordinate and driven selected distributors to opening and develop new business and new customers.
- Maintains contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction.
- Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
- Conducts regular coaching and counseling with distributors sales team to build motivation and selling skills.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Co-ordinate with technical, TS team to develop a new paint technology and application & product platform to meet market & customer requirement.
- Co-ordinate with other departments for all cost saving projects
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in sales management, commercial role in coating or industrial business.
- Strong leadership skill and experience
- Strong understanding market dynamics and industrial requirements.
- Sales development and hunting skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive distributor and sales team.
- Good in writing, communication in English (Chinese communication is an advantage).
