Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Forecasting & Planning
- Formulate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for assigned client portfolios, including:
- Developing sales plans, forecasting revenue/profit trends for each client, and designing customer care strategies.
- Planning the development and expansion of new products and solutions.
2. Key Account Development
- Assess and analyze the potential of retail/small-scale clients to strategically develop them into the Company's Key Accounts.
3. Product Solution Consulting
- Provide strategic product solution consulting based on the client's growth strategy and market intelligence regarding competitors.
4. Client Engagement
- Exchange and update clients on product development trends and future roadmaps.
5. Daily Sales Operations
- New Business Development: Actively source new clients, assess credit risks, and submit sales orders for approval in accordance with authorized delegation.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (Accounting, Logistics, Innovation Center, R&D/Quality Management, Import-Export, etc.) to gather information and ensure timely feedback on product-related inquiries (e.g., quality standards, technical specifications, relevant regulations, delivery schedules, etc.).
6. Supplier & Market Intelligence
- Attend supplier seminars and conferences to stay updated on product technicalities and market trends.
7. Reporting
- Prepare comprehensive business performance reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually), new client development updates, and customer care action plans for the upcoming period.
8. Ad-hoc Market Reports
- Conduct market updates and research as requested by the Sales Manager, Commercial Director, Board of Directors, or other departments.
9. Other Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirement
- sBachelor's degree in Pharmacy / Registered Pharmacist
- .Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales positions within the Pharmaceutical and Dietary Supplement industries
- .Proven experience working with major B2B clients/Key Accounts in food manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or dietary supplements
- .Prior experience in R&D within food manufacturing, dietary supplements, or pharmaceutical companies is a strong asset
