Job Description

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with customers and other stakeholders to design and implement effective strategies tailored to the food and beverage industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the food and beverage sector within the region.
  • Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their specific needs and offering customized packaging solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the regional sales team, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance performance and meet sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback specific to the food and beverage packaging industry to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns and materials that resonate with the food and beverage sector.
  • Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, providing insights into regional performance, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with a focus on maximizing profitability while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry-specific events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with key industry players.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations, particularly those relevant to food and beverage packaging.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of at least 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the packaging industry, with a strong preference for candidates with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
