PinkPacker is a Korean agri-food tech company building the operating system for global meat trading. Recognized as a UN FAO Global Top 10 Agri-food Startup, we source premium Australian red meat — beef, lamb, goat, and other cuts — directly from Australian packers and are now establishing our distribution operation in Vietnam. This is our first hire in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be the foundation of our Vietnam business.
The Role
We are looking for someone who already has active relationships in Ho Chi Minh City's food distribution market — HORECA buyers, wholesale distributors, or butchery channels. You know who to call and how to close. This is a hands-on sales role, not a strategy position.
What You'll Do
- Identify and approach restaurants, hotels, wholesale buyers, and food distributors for imported Australian red meat (beef, lamb, goat, and other cuts)
- Build and manage a B2B client pipeline in Ho Chi Minh City
- Execute first sales, coordinate with logistics, and manage ongoing buyer relationships
- Report market intelligence back to HQ — pricing, buyer preferences, competitive landscape
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in food distribution, imported meat or protein, or HORECA supply in Ho Chi Minh City
- Existing network of buyers or procurement contacts in the city
- Fluency in Vietnamese required for daily client communication; working-level English for HQ communication
- This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City. In-person interviews will be held in Ho Chi Minh City in late May 2026
Compensation
- Base salary + performance-based commission
- Commission structure rewards directly on sales results
- Equity participation available for strong performers
