Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager – BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), located in Binh Duong, Vietnam. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, develop and nurture client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to promote BESS solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, creating sales plans, conducting market research, providing insights on potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also contribute to achieving sales targets and effectively represent the company in negotiations and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship building
  • Knowledge of renewable energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), or related energy sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic sales initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to meet sales targets
  • Proficient in computer skills, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English or Chinese
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience is highly valued
