Assist the Director in maintaining a high standard of customer care, addressing concerns promptly, and adapting to changes in customer needs or circumstances.
Contribute to the company's market intelligence efforts by gathering information on customers, competitors, and industry trends, helping to inform strategic decisions and business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Must possess at least 2 years of sales experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and PR skills
Excellent sales track records
Team oriented and dynamic
