Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Manager to manage our different sales channels. Your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction by offering the best products, services and experience to all customers. Ultimately, you will contribute to our company's sustainable growth.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1| Sales Strategy & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies for OEM/ODM, Wholesale, Retail, and Export channels.

Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partners.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international customers.

Expand market presence domestically and internationally in line with company growth plans.

2| Sales Channel Management

Manage end-to-end OEM/ODM sales, including

Customer acquisition

Product brief coordination (including packaging)

Pricing, contract negotiation, and volume forecasting

Manage wholesale, retail export customers, ensuring consistent sales performance and margin control, including export documentation coordination.

Manage customer expectations on MOQ, lead time, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor sales channel performance and adjust sales plans accordingly.

Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA/QC, and MKT to ensure technical feasibility, cost control, quality compliance, and on-time delivery.

3| Sales Operations, Pricing & Collection

Prepare sales forecasts aligned with factory capacity and production planning.

Propose pricing strategies based on cost structure, margin targets, and market positioning.

Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and payment conditions.

Ensure compliance with internal approval processes and company policies.

Monitor receivables, follow up on debt collection, and ensure timely payment in accordance with contracts.

4| Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities in the food industry.

Provide insights to support product development and business strategy.

Location (Factory): Block 33H VSIP I, No 30 VSIP Street 3, KCN VSIP, Thuan Giao Ward, HCMC

Location (HQ): 143 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Xuan Hoa ward, HCM

Yu cu cng vic:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably in a food manufacturing/factory environment.

Strong experience in OEM/ODM sales; exposure to wholesale, retail, and/or export is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of food production processes, costing, and quality standards.

Strong sales, negotiation, account management, and debt collection skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with MKT, R&D, QA/QC, and Operations.

Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Results-driven, commercially minded, disciplined, and able to manage multiple channels under pressure.
