Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, set targets, develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agencies.

The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and ensuring high-quality customer service for domestic and international tour products.

Qualifications

  • Lead and manage the group tour sales team, taking responsibility for sales performance and customer service quality.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans; assign targets, clients, and sales opportunities to team members.
  • Coach the team in consulting, sales, customer care, opportunity management, and closing skills.
  • Develop and maintain corporate clients, build tailored tour programs, MICE, events, teambuilding, gala dinners, and quotations based on customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, service terms, payment conditions, and contracts, while supporting sales staff in closing deals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for service handover, operation, contract liquidation, payment settlement, and debt follow-up.
  • Manage CRM data, analyze win/loss opportunities, evaluate team performance, and report regularly to the Deputy Sales Director.
