Job Description

I. Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Prepare reports and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.

II. Requirements:

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding sales and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of global logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and good personal appearance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (Sale Force).
  • Good command of English.
