Focus on developing and managing OEM/Tier1 located around Vietnam like VF Auto and Lear JIT to acquire new business.
Maintain good relationships with customers and responsible for listening customer voice and solve problems to exceed customers expectations
Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until final deal made.
Provide counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model
Support function head to complete yearly growth plan build up
