Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on developing and managing OEM/Tier1 located around Vietnam like VF Auto and Lear JIT to acquire new business.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and responsible for listening customer voice and solve problems to exceed customers expectations
  • Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until final deal made.
  • Provide counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model
  • Support function head to complete yearly growth plan build up

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering etc.)
  • Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metric.
  • Minimum of 5years Sales Experience with OEM and Tier 1
  • Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and prepare for APR and Customer Quote
  • Experience with Local OEMs (VF preferred)
  • Accept frequent business trips (2-4 times a month)
  • English skill in both writing and reading
