About the job

This position is well-suited for candidates who possess substantial experience and a well-established professional network within processing and packaging technologies related to Coffee and/or Fruit and/or Bakery and/or Dairy, cheese.

Key Duties

This position will spearhead the sales and promotions of processing and packaging technologies throughout Vietnam. The role will be based in Ha Noi, Vietnam and will actively support the Company to serve our customers within the Food and Packaging industry.

  • Sales and Business Development - Effectively present, promote, and sell industrial equipment and tailored solutions to food and packaging industry customers
  • Market Research - Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support strategic sales planning, while staying current with emerging trends within the food and packaging sectors
  • Business Development - Boost business growth through sustained market visibility, input on local marketing initiatives, and active participation in domestic and international industry events
  • Customer Relationship Management - Strengthen client relationships through regular visits, tailored solutions, and comprehensive risk assessments

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering and/or Business Administration or a related field, with additional technical knowledge or experience in industrial solutions
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
  • Industry exposure in the food sector is a plus (e.g., food processing, ingredients, machinery)
  • Excellentrelationship-building skills
  • Result-oriented mindset
  • Creativity in approaching sales and problem-solving
  • High level of integrity and self-motivation
  • Resilience in navigating challenges
