Sales Manager (Industrial Color/Industrial Chemicals)

Position: Sales Manager (Industrial Color)

Reporting to: Country Head

Location Base: Factory and office in Ho Chi Minh City

Key Functions: Take full responsibility for developing and managing a business operation that achieves sales targets of the Company, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating, and monitoring all sales operations and personnel development activities.

Work Functions:

- Market Mapping & Sales Planning

- Analyse & evaluate operational sales, market trends & customer requirements

- Responsible for budgeting & achieving sales targets

- Maintain good relations with all customers & handle key customers

- Make regular visits to all key customers

- Responsible for detailed market information like:

a. Trend & market conditions

b. Customer requirements

c. Market requirements

d. Price & competitors

e. Business opportunities

- Responsible for market development

- Identify and develop new customer base

- Develop the pricing strategy

- New product identification and development

- Responsible for the overall performance of the sales team in Vietnam

- MIS Reports – Monthly & Quarterly – Weekly reports

- Should be flexible to take up any task related to the Sales & Marketing Department if required or

situation demands

- Make regulations, work systems & procedures for the Sales & Marketing Department

- Responsible for achieving the Gross Margin

Requirements:

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English

- Graduate, preferably with a management degree/ Chemistry degree

- Minimum experience of 10 years in Sales & Marketing of industrial colours or industrial materials

- Knowledge of CRM/ Sales Force preferable

- Understanding of related products in the market
