Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Hai Phong
Working Time, Working Days: 8:00 AM- 5:30 PM Monday to Friday; Saturday 12:00 PM
Reporting line: Board of Director
InCorp's Client, a local based freight forwarding and logistic company with over 10 years experience in the market is looking for a Sales Manager. This role is responsible for leading business development activities, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with key clients while managing and developing a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies aligned with market conditions and company direction to maximize sales growth and market share (sea, air)
- Develop the market and identify potential customers. Build and maintain relationships with partners and expand the target market.
- Develop a sales team aligned with the company's development direction, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Directly negotiate with customers, ensuring a balance of interests between the company and the customer to establish contract terms and conditions.
- Conduct market research and analysis. Propose improvements to services to meet market needs.
- Support sales staff in sales activities and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments/branches to provide the most suitable services to satisfy customer needs.
- Arrange team resources scientifically and efficiently. Ensure that each team member's strengths are utilized effectively and foster a teamwork culture.
- Coordinate with the HR department to handle any labor relations issues.
- Achieve departmental KPI targets.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
- Graduated from university with a major in economics, commerce, business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Logistics, including at least 2 years in a manager role.
- Good spoken English (Chinese is an advantage).
- Ability to organize, analyze work, solve problems effectively, and anticipate potential business risks.
- Ability to work under high pressure, proactively adapt to changes in the market/people/customers, and be responsible for work.
- Ability to inspire a team and train/mentor employees.
