About the Client

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered immigration and relocation consultancy with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and corporations with global mobility solutions.

With a team of highly experienced immigration specialists, the company provides end-to-end advisory and execution services across skilled migration, business and investor visas, employer-sponsored programs, and global relocation. Their expertise helps clients navigate complex immigration regulations, significantly improving approval success rates while minimizing delays and risks.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and grow the sales team while driving revenue performance and market expansion.

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
  • Set clear sales activities, KPIs, and revenue goals for team members
  • Conduct regular sales training and development programs
  • Join key client meetings and support account management strategies with the Sales Director
  • Identify gaps and continuously improve sales processes and performance
  • Explore market opportunities and develop new customer acquisition strategies
  • Participate in monthly management meetings and contribute to business planning
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of sales team members
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and sales activities
  • Deliver monthly sales performance reports, budget tracking, and variance analysis

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Management in Immigration & Relocation Services
  • Proven experience managing and developing sales teams
  • Industry background in banking or insurance is strongly preferred
  • Strong track record of achieving targets and driving sustainable sales growth
  • Ability to deliver professional sales training is a strong advantage
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, and high-energy mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken & written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
