Reporting to: Sales Director
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Set sales activities, KPIs, and revenue goals for individual team members.
- Conduct regular sales training, coaching, and performance development.
- Attend key customer meetings with sales team members.
- Work closely with the Sales Director on account management and growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and overall performance.
- Spot market opportunities and develop new customer segments.
- Participate in monthly management meetings and contribute to business planning.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding for the sales team.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate new business leads.
- Act as a company representative at sales events and industry forums.
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports, including budget tracking and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Background in banking, educational consulting or insurance is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to conduct professional sales training and coaching.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
- Excellent prioritization, workflow management, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
- Customer-focused with high energy and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
