Position Title: Sales Manager
Type: Full-Time
Reporting to: General Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
As a Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team, drive business growth, and hit revenue targets across corporate clients, groups, and individuals. This role is a practical mix of strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on relationship building to turn sports communities and corporate partners into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy, Budgeting & Revenue Growth: Own and execute the overall sales strategy to hit revenue targets across all streams (corporate, groups, and individuals). You will handle budget planning for the sales team, monitor market trends, and use customer data to improve conversion rates and forecast sales growth..
- B2B & Partnership Development: Find and secure high-value B2B partnerships and corporate clients through direct networking and outreach. You will lead contract discussions to close profitable, long-term deals and manage the team's sales pipeline effectively.
- Sales Processes & CRM: Set up clear guidelines, sales scripts, and templates (Sales Playbook) so the team can sell efficiently. You will manage the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Excel) to ensure data is accurate and activities are tracked.
- Account Management & Loyalty: Oversee after-sales support for corporate clients and VIP groups to ensure high satisfaction. You will collaborate with Marketing to create and grow loyalty programs that keep clients coming back year after year.
- Community, Event & Operational Support: Oversee on-the-ground sales operations (like client hosting or registration setups) and manage temporary or freelance staff on event days to ensure smooth execution. Additionally, you and your team will actively support community activities (such as run clubs, sports meetups, and local activations) to strengthen brand presence and generate organic leads.
- Team Leadership & Management: Build, train, and manage a small sales team, including Sales Executives and Interns. You will set clear targets (KPIs), track their progress, provide coaching, and handle hiring and onboarding as the department grows.
Skills and qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Leadership: Proven experience managing, mentoring, or training a sales team or promotional staff.
- Closing Skills: Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals directly with corporate managers and decision-makers.
- Organized & Data-Driven: Comfortable tracking sales numbers, working with CRM tools, and presenting simple reports to management.
- Language: Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
