Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City for a Sales Manager at TECONCE Automation Technologies. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth in assigned markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, delivering presentations to prospective customers, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The individual will also analyze market trends, monitor sales performance, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in business development, sales strategy, and market analysis
  • Experience with customer relationship management, client communications, and negotiation
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation products such as PLCs, motion control systems, and sensors
  • Technical acumen and the ability to understand and explain advanced automation technologies
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a result-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales roles within industrial automation or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred.
