Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead sales development and market expansion for industrial products in Vietnam, including cables, lighting, low-voltage electrical products, and security systems. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth in the Vietnamese market.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Team Leadership

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Vietnamese market in line with the company's business objectives.

  • Break down sales targets by region, product line, customer segment, and team member.

  • Lead, manage, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide timely coaching, direction, and performance improvement plans.

2. Key Account Development & Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international B2B clients, including contractors, distributors, project owners, factories, industrial parks, and system integrators.

  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions based on project requirements.

  • Build long-term partnerships to improve customer satisfaction, repeat orders, and client loyalty.

  • Expand new business opportunities and actively develop potential key accounts in Vietnam.

3. Market Research & Business Insights

  • Conduct regular market research on industrial products, customer demand, industry trends, competitors, and relevant policies in Vietnam.

  • Analyze market opportunities and provide practical recommendations for business growth.

  • Prepare market analysis reports and sales forecasts for management decision-making.

4. Full Sales Process Management

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer consultation, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, order follow-up, payment collection, to after-sales support.

  • Ensure smooth coordination and execution at each key stage of the sales process.

  • Control business risks related to contracts, pricing, payment terms, delivery, and customer credit.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.

5. Cross-functional Coordination & Delivery Support

  • Work closely with supply chain, technical, logistics, finance, and after-sales teams to ensure timely and qualified product delivery.

  • Coordinate internal resources to solve customer issues quickly and professionally.

  • Follow up on after-sales requests and continuously improve customer experience.

6. Brand Promotion & Industry Networking

  • Plan, organize, and participate in trade shows, industry exhibitions, seminars, and business networking events in Vietnam.

  • Promote the company's products, solutions, and technical strengths to increase brand awareness in the Vietnamese market.

  • Build and expand industry networks to support long-term business development.

Requirements1. Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

2. Work Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial products, engineering products, electrical equipment, building materials, or related sectors in Vietnam.

  • Proven experience in sales team management and target achievement.

  • Strong customer resources and established business relationships with local and international clients are highly preferred.

  • Experience in cables, lighting, low-voltage electrical products, security systems, or similar industrial products is an advantage.

3. Language Skills

  • Fluent in Vietnamese, Chinese Mandarin, and English.

  • Able to conduct business negotiations, contract discussions, presentations, and cross-cultural communication in multiple languages.

4. Professional Skills

  • Strong business development, negotiation, key account management, and customer relationship management skills.

  • Result-oriented, target-driven, and capable of independently driving sales opportunities from start to closure.

  • Familiar with import-export procedures, customs regulations, and trade compliance in Vietnam is preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidates with existing B2B customer resources in industrial parks, construction projects, factories, electrical contractors, distributors, or system integrators.

  • Candidates with experience selling technical or project-based products.

  • Candidates who can work closely with Chinese headquarters and local Vietnamese clients.

  • Candidates with strong sales execution ability and a proven record of business growth
