Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for all workspace solutions, including private offices, dedicated desks, and co-working, ensuring occupancy and revenue targets are met.
  • Conduct compelling centre tours and negotiate complex lease agreements, including pricing, terms, and custom fit-outs, with a diverse client base ranging from startups to large enterprises.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage lead flow, improve conversion rates, and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, leasing, or business development, ideally within commercial real estate, hospitality, or serviced office industries.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding high-volume sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex, high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
