About Growtrics
Growtrics is building the future of personalized learning.
We have created what we believe is the world's most advanced personalised tutoring system. It is a platform that analyses a student's handwriting, voice, and problem-solving process to understand how they think, learn, and struggle.
Unlike traditional learning platforms that only evaluate answers, Growtrics captures rich learning signals through handwriting and spoken interactions, enabling the system to identify misconceptions, reasoning gaps, and individual learning needs with unprecedented depth.
Using these insights, Growtrics automatically delivers personalised video lessons, targeted practice, and adaptive learning pathways tailored to every learner.
Our mission is to democratise personalised education for 1 billion children by giving every student access to a personal tutor that understands them as an individual.
Having built the complete technology infrastructure powering this next generation of learning, Growtrics is now partnering with schools, educational institutions, and governments to bring truly personalised education to learners at scale. We work alongside educators and policymakers to improve learning outcomes, reduce teacher workload, and provide data-driven insights that support every student's growth.
Ongoing Global Recruitment
Growtrics is expanding internationally and building education partnership teams across multiple markets. As a result, this is an ongoing recruitment opportunity. We welcome applications from candidates with strong education, government, or institutional networks in their respective countries and regions.
The Role
This is not a traditional software sales role.
You will be responsible for building trust with educators, school leaders, policymakers, and government stakeholders by deeply understanding their challenges and demonstrating how technology can improve teaching effectiveness, student outcomes, and educational equity.
You must be comfortable discussing pedagogy with teachers, implementation with school leaders, and strategic outcomes with ministry officials.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire schools, school groups, educational institutions, and government agencies.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across both public and private education sectors.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Identify opportunities for pilots, proof-of-concepts, and large-scale deployments.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage teachers, department heads, principals, superintendents, ministry officers, and policymakers.
- Understand stakeholder needs and align Growtrics solutions to educational priorities.
- Conduct needs assessments and uncover pain points around learning outcomes, teacher workload, assessment, intervention, and personalization.
Solution Consulting
- Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Translate complex AI and technology capabilities into practical educational outcomes.
- Position Growtrics as a strategic partner rather than simply a software vendor.
- Develop customized proposals and implementation plans for institutions.
Government & Ministry Partnerships
- Navigate public sector procurement and tender processes.
- Build long-term relationships with key government stakeholders.
- Monitor policy developments and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Support grant applications, innovation initiatives, and government-funded pilots.
Market Development
- Represent Growtrics at conferences, school events, and education forums.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development.
- Establish Growtrics as a thought leader in AI-powered education.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 5+ years of experience in education sales, edtech sales, enterprise sales, public sector sales, partnership development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building strategic relationships and closing institutional or government partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Professional fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages relevant to target markets considered an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, school leaders, policymakers, and senior decision-makers.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Preferred
- Former or current senior educator, Head of Department, Vice Principal, Principal, School Leader, or equivalent leadership position within an educational institution.
- Deep understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, learning interventions, and school operations.
- Existing network within schools, ministries, government agencies, or educational institutions.
- Experience leading school-wide initiatives, digital transformation projects, curriculum implementation, or educational innovation programmes.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, education consulting, public sector engagement, or institutional partnerships.
- Familiarity with government procurement, tenders, RFPs, and education policy environments.
Ideal Candidate
We welcome candidates from both commercial and educational leadership backgrounds.
A successful candidate may be an experienced education sales professional with a strong network in the education sector, or a respected school leader who understands the challenges faced by teachers, schools, and education systems and is passionate about driving educational transformation at scale.
The ideal candidate is someone who can credibly engage a classroom teacher, earn the trust of a principal, and confidently present strategic opportunities to ministry officials and policymakers. They combine educational insight with strong communication, relationship-building, and business development capabilities.
This broadens your talent pool significantly because some of the best people for this role may be former principals, vice principals, HODs, or master teachers who have deep credibility in the education ecosystem, even if they have never held a formal sales title before.
Who Will Thrive Here
You may be a great fit if you:
- Can speak the language of teachers, principals, and policymakers.
- Enjoy turning educational challenges into scalable solutions.
- Are equally comfortable in a classroom, boardroom, or ministry meeting.
- Believe technology can meaningfully improve education outcomes.
- Want to help shape the future of learning at a national and global scale.
Success Metrics
Within your first 12 months, you will be expected to:
- Secure pilot programs with schools and educational institutions.
- Establish strategic relationships with key ministry and government stakeholders.
- Build a healthy pipeline of institutional opportunities.
- Close and expand partnerships that drive meaningful educational impact.
- Contribute to Growtrics becoming a recognized leader in AI-powered personalized learning.
Language & Communication Requirements
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to confidently engage educators, school leaders, government officials, and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in additional local languages relevant to assigned markets is highly advantageous and may be required depending on the countries or regions being served.
- Ability to adapt communication styles across diverse cultural, educational, and government contexts.
- Strong business writing skills, including the preparation of proposals, presentations, reports, and partnership documentation.
