Job Description
As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement marketing plans, communication strategies, and sales tools to promote Ecocycle waste management solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and forecast sales volumes.
- Manage customer relationships through Key Account Management and NPS programs.
- Oversee contract management, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Enforce sales procedures, maintain pricing principles, and evaluate proposals.
- Monitor performance management systems and maintain customer data.
- Support development of new services and solutions.
- Review and update business portfolio to capture opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to QEOHS policies and legal regulations.
- Implement succession planning and coaching culture within the commercial team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred for technical background.
- At least 5 years in a commercial leadership role
- Knowledge of waste management industry, cement manufacturing, AFR value chain.
- Strong leadership, sales planning, negotiation, pricing, and customer focus.
- Business and financial acumen, compliance awareness, and strategic outlook.
