Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans, communication strategies, and sales tools to promote Ecocycle waste management solutions.
  • Identify market opportunities and forecast sales volumes.
  • Manage customer relationships through Key Account Management and NPS programs.
  • Oversee contract management, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce sales procedures, maintain pricing principles, and evaluate proposals.
  • Monitor performance management systems and maintain customer data.
  • Support development of new services and solutions.
  • Review and update business portfolio to capture opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to QEOHS policies and legal regulations.
  • Implement succession planning and coaching culture within the commercial team.

The Successful Applicant


A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred for technical background.
  • At least 5 years in a commercial leadership role
  • Knowledge of waste management industry, cement manufacturing, AFR value chain.
  • Strong leadership, sales planning, negotiation, pricing, and customer focus.
  • Business and financial acumen, compliance awareness, and strategic outlook.
