Job Responsibilities
1Market Strategy Planning: Responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies for the overseas BESS market, and market segmentation strategies tailored to different regions.
2Brand Building and Promotion: Establish and enhance the company's BESS brand awareness and reputation globally. Plan and execute brand promotion activities.
3Sales Target Setting and Achievement: Set overseas sales targets based on the company's overall strategy, lead the team to achieve sales performance, monitor sales progress, and ensure timely completion of sales goals.
4Channel Development and Management: Develop and maintain overseas sales channels, including distributor, agent, and partner networks. Optimize channel structure and improve channel sales efficiency.
5Product Strategy: Participate in the international market positioning of BESS products, collaborate closely with the product team, and adjust product strategies based on overseas market feedback to ensure product competitiveness.
6Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key overseas customers, including key account management, to ensure high-level customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
1Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, international trade, business management, or related fields.
2At least 5 years of work experience in overseas marketing or related fields, with at least 2 years in senior marketing management positions in the BESS industry or related sectors (e.g., new energy, power equipment).
3Possess profound international market analysis capabilities, able to capture market dynamics, and understand global BESS industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
4Have a proven track record of successful overseas market development and sales performance, with the ability to lead teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
5Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written); proficiency in multiple languages is preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members from different cultural backgrounds.
