Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Development & Brand Growth

  • Develop sales performance and build brand awareness for the company's products.
  • Build business plans and implement them with the sales team to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute strategies to expand customer relationships, explore new markets, and search for new clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with major partners.
  • Monitor sales data and update insights on market trends and customer needs.
  • Develop sales strategies and tailored approaches for each customer segment.
  • Organize brand-building events and customer appreciation activities.
  • Manage debt collection, payment processes, and contract execution with customers.

2. Customer Care & After-Sales Support

  • Develop customer care programs and after-sales support plans.
  • Plan and organize training sessions or workshops for distributors, agents, or partners.

3. Market Research & Competitor Monitoring

  • Collect and analyze information from the market and customers.
  • Provide timely reports on market conditions, competitors, and customer insights to management.
  • Handle and respond to field feedback as needed.

4. Recruitment, Training & Team Development

  • Recruit sales personnel for the department.
  • Build a cohesive, committed team that adheres to company policies.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance performance and competencies.

5. Reporting

  • Prepare and submit comprehensive work reports.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • College/University degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or International Business.
  • High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience managing GT/OTC channels in the cosmetic, beauty, or cosmeceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of traditional distribution systems (spa, pharmacy, beauty shops) and online agency/O2O sales models.
  • Existing customer network with wholesalers, agents, pharmacies, spas, and online KOL sellers in Ho Chi Minh City & Southern regions.
  • Experience in implementing trade promotions (CTKM), controlling sell-in/sell-out, managing debt, distribution coverage, and sales growth.
  • Strong skills in sales coaching, market analysis, and handling business situations with agility.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
