Job Description

I - JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Sales execution and business development

- Execute segment sales strategy as defined by Line Manager

- Proactively acquire new clients and grow existing accounts (Corporate, MICE, Wedding, Leisure)

- Maintain strong relationships with Chinese corporate clients, travel agencies, and event partners

- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections

2. Revenue and conversion management

- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing and follow-up

- Drive conversion of enquiries into confirmed business

- Maximize revenue across Rooms, F&B, and Events

3. Market insight and data utilization

- Track and analyze: conversion rates, booking trends, lead sources

- Provide market insights and competitor updates to DOS

- Support revenue forecasting and segment performance tracking

4. Digital and AI-enabled sales

- Utilize digital platforms (WeChat, OTAs, social media) to generate leads and engage clients

- Apply AI tools and data insights to improve targeting and sales efficiency

- Support execution and tracking of marketing campaigns

5. Sales operations

- Manage bookings, contracts, and client communications

- Ensure accurate data entry in CRM (Delphi)

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution

II- REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 3–5 years of sales experience in 4-5 star hotels, with a proven track record in managing the Chinese market segment.

- Professional fluency in English; Mandarin/ Cantonese communication is a strong plus

- Strong understanding of Chinese corporate clients, travel agencies, and social event trends.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills. Ability to handle multiple booking types (Rooms, F&B, Events) simultaneously.
