Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering IT/Telecom solutions tailored to client needs. Key daily tasks include developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, leading client negotiations, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align customer requirements with FPT Telecom International's solutions and services.

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and propose initiatives to increase market share
  • Manage, coach, and develop a sales team of 710 members
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and build a results-driven sales culture
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise clients and partners
  • Lead contract negotiations and oversee post-sales customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Technical, and Customer Service teams to ensure solutions are delivered in line with customer expectations and commitments

Qualifications

  • Proven at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions, system integration, telecommunications, or technology services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales team leadership and performance management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies
  • Fluency in Vietnamese is required, and English language skills are a plus
  • Prior experience in the Vietnam market and understanding of local business practices is a plus
