VOLTRANS, established in 2004, is a reputable logistics company providing domestic and international transportation, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage services.

We are a member of the WCA Family (CGLN / WCAPN / PLN / WCNA) with a global network of over 3,000 agents, and also affiliated with VIFFAS, FIATA, and VCCI, ensuring strong connectivity and international service standards.

Currently, VOLTRANS is expanding and hiring for the following positions:

Sales Logistics / Sales Forwarder / Sales Overseas

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sales Logistics

  • Proactively plan and implement customer acquisition strategies using company data and personal networks; introduce logistics services including Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, Trucking, and Warehousing.
  • Advise customers on logistics and transportation solutions; handle customer inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and draft contracts.
  • Monitor shipments; coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and follow up on receivables.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships; expand the domestic market.

2. Sales Overseas

  • Work with existing agents and actively develop new international agents.
  • Promote company branding and update overseas partners on market information and freight rates.
  • Negotiate agreements, monitor international shipments, and coordinate to resolve arising issues.
  • Support collection of receivables from overseas agents.
  • Maintain and expand international partnerships; develop overseas markets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • College/University degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Sales Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or International Business.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales, good logistics knowledge, willingness to learn, and good language skills (English or Chinese) are welcome.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Good command of English or Chinese.

WORKING TIME
