Role Description The Sales Logistics Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is responsible for managing sales-related logistics operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of healthcare products to hospital and pharmacy customers. The specialist will handle order processing, track freight movements, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve delivery issues. Daily activities include maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting sales initiatives with logistics insights and solutions. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, responding to service inquiries, and identifying opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
