Sales Logistics Specialist

Job Information:

• Job Title: Sales Logistics (Master Consol/LCL)

• Working Time: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5:00 PM)

• Working Location: Tan Dinh, Ho Chi Minh City

A. Job Description

- Identify, develop, and acquire new freight forwarder and direct customers with FCL and LCL import/export shipments across the company's key trade lanes, including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, India, Bangladesh, and South Korea.

- Introduce the company's logistics and freight forwarding services to prospective clients, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure bookings.

- Build and maintain a stable customer portfolio.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively expanding the customer base through new business development.

- Report on sales performance, business activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.

- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

- Propose and implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to support business growth.

B. Job Requirement

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales within the logistics, freight forwarding, air freight, ocean freight, or related logistics services industry.

- Proven sales experience in the Master Consolidator (NVOCC/LCL Consolidation) business, providing Less-than-Container Load (LCL) consolidation services by consolidating cargo from multiple shippers into full container loads.

- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
