Position: Sales Executive – Logistics

GENERAL INFORMATION

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Logistics Sales or a related position.

* College degree or higher. Candidates with a background in Logistics, International Business, Import–Export, Foreign Trade, or related fields are preferred.

* Dynamic, proactive, and well-organized working style.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Good English communication skills are an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Search for, approach, and develop potential customers who need domestic and international freight forwarding services, including sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, inland transportation, and import/export customs procedures.

* Provide quotations and consult customers on the company's logistics and freight forwarding services.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer networks.

* Monitor shipment progress and coordinate with internal operations teams to update customers and resolve any arising issues.

* Work with the Accounting Department to prepare statements, debit notes, and support debt collection when required.

* Prepare, implement, and report daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and business results to the direct manager.

WORKING HOURS

* Monday to Friday:

  Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

* Saturday and Sunday off.
