Actively seek and introduce company services to prospective customers.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop partnerships with potential clients across various industries, either directly or indirectly.
Offer prices to customers, negotiate with customers on prices and terms in the contract.
Oversee the implementation of contracts, coordinate with the accounting team on receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Resolve client concerns regarding service quality, delivery timelines, and other operational issues promptly and professionally.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and prepare monthly performance reports.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the manager .
Job requirements
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in economics, import-export, logistics, etc.
Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position.
Good communication skills in English.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skill.
Proficient in using office software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Dynamic, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.

Monday to Friday: Morning: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:30 PM 5:30 PM.
Saturday: Working in the morning 8:00 AM 12:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays off per month.
