We are currently in need to recruit Sales Logistics Executive in Ho Chi Minh & Ha Noi for our business expansion in HCM, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang and welcome all candidates with following qualifications to apply:

Responsibilities:

• Source and make potential customer list, in order to having plan for approach.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.
• Promote and sell the company's logistics and freight forwarding services (air, sea, and inland transportation and trucking).
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Follow up on quotations and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer data and sales activities in the Dimerco system.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with finance and documentation teams to ensure proper billing and collection processes.
• To keep relationship with current customers and find out chances to provide new service.
• To make sales report in system and reviewed by Sales Manager.
• To advise the customers of any amendment or changes in export or import policy and regulations related to business with them.
• Obey company regulations and stipulation.
• Be responsible individually for mistakes made by self - subjective reasons.
• Other tasks will be assigned by Managers

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Logistic/ Transportation, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 01 years of working experience in Forwarding/ Logistics/ Transportation Company is required for this position.
• Good command in English. Chinese would be advantage.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Self-motivated - respectful - honest and trust worthy.

• Monthly Basic Salary: 10-17 mil depending on candidate's experience.

Working schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (7.5 working hours/day, with 1.5-hour break)
• Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (working from home)

Location:

• HCMC: Dien Bien Phu Street, Binh Thanh District, Hochiminh City.
• Ha Noi: Thai Ha Street, Dong Da District, Ha Noi City.
