Job Description
- Build, manage, and develop customer relationships.
- Find new customers and approach them by sending emails or calling them directly.
- Communicate with customers effectively and efficiently to transfer requirements to the technical team.
- Monitoring in-charge project to solve issues in manner time (if any)
Compensation & Benefits
- Receive 3-4% of project revenue as commission, with average deal sizes from 100K USD to 500K USD.
- Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law.
- Work performance review 2 times/year (in April and October)

Requirements
- Knowledge in IT fields, economics, and/or equivalent experience
- Fluent in both writing and speaking at least one of the following foreign languages: English/Japanese/Chinese/Korean.,...
- Communicate clearly and in a thorough manner. Have the ability to negotiate with customers.
- Understanding technical documents is a big plus.
