You deliver detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insight with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency, consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts.
How You Will Contribute
- Consolidate raw sales data and deliver weekly/monthly reports & dashboards (volume, value, distribution, KPIs, commercial hygiene) across channels.
- Monitor KPI frameworks for sales force (daily call, visibility, NPD...) and monitor targets by region based on market potential.
- Analyze and optimize Route-to-Market: territory design, beat planning, outlet classification, distributor performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and align on trade spend, incentives, and promotional ROI.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from RTM Manager.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is prefered. 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, route-to-market roles, FMCG field is a plus. Strong data analysis (MS Excel, PowerBI), organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Learning agility, logical, resilience, can-do attitude, ownership, and proactively take on new responsibilities. English is mandatory.
