Job Description

The Company:

Our client is a globally recognized organization providing Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC), and technical services, supporting manufacturers and businesses to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across international markets.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities for testing services through active field sales activities.
  • Identify and approach potential clients in manufacturing, industrial, electronics, consumer goods, and related sectors.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs and propose suitable testing solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate closely with laboratory, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and CRM updates.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemistry, Industrial, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in testing, inspection, certification (TIC), laboratory services, or industrial services.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical services and communicate value clearly to customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Language: Good communication skills in English, Chinese preferred.
