On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Sales Executive to support the expansion of their business development activities in the healthcare and medical diagnostics sector. Our client is a rapidly growing organization operating in laboratory testing and diagnostic services, working closely with hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.
Joining the team as a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to healthcare partners. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the expansion of innovative diagnostic services in the market.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners to promote laboratory testing services
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Conduct client meetings, present service solutions, and negotiate commercial terms
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business development strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support special projects when required
Prepare regular client reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for management
Job Requirements
Technical skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
24 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B or B2C)
Experience in healthcare, medical services, or related industries is a plus
Soft skills:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
Result-oriented mindset with strong sales drive
Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure
