About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Sales Executive to support the expansion of their business development activities in the healthcare and medical diagnostics sector. Our client is a rapidly growing organization operating in laboratory testing and diagnostic services, working closely with hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.

Joining the team as a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to healthcare partners. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the expansion of innovative diagnostic services in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners to promote laboratory testing services

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

  • Conduct client meetings, present service solutions, and negotiate commercial terms

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business development strategies

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support special projects when required

  • Prepare regular client reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for management

Job Requirements

Technical skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 24 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B or B2C)

  • Experience in healthcare, medical services, or related industries is a plus

Soft skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Result-oriented mindset with strong sales drive

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure
