Role Purpose:
Act as the key communicator between the company and its customers through effective personal selling while achieving the agreed sales and collection targets. Manage and develop the business within the allocated sales territory by implementing the sales plan and providing the necessary support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, while also collaborating closely with the operations team to provide technical support and ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Sales Achievement/ Annual Sales Achievement/ Product Mix Turnover.
- Maintain existing customers and create sales opportunities via share gain, up-gradation and price increase to meet the sales target set.
- Follow up and monitor the specification gained by the Global sales team, actively provide feedback on the results and consult with the Global sales team if there is any violation of subcontractors requirements or compliance of specification.
- Raise quotations to customers, as appropriate, and follow progress to the order completion stage.
- Collaborate with the operations team in Technical Support, deliver technical solutions to develop business and problem-solving.
- Number of new businesses gained with sales recorded and/or specification gain.
- Seek, develop and gain new businesses via customer conversion, up-gradation, new products and services.
- Follow up and implement the specification gained by the Global sales team to gain sales at local contractors.
- Actively notify, provide information and local support to the Global sales team to work on gaining speciation from new brands.
- Collection achievement vs. target.
- Liaise with the credit control officer to work closely with customers to collect payments on time.
- Directly work with customers accounting and related departments about the payment procedure. Take responsibility to solve any issues about payment with customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively approach and build relationships across department within the customer organisation.
- Provide customer satisfaction by handling all routine work, technical support, and problem-solving.
- Report on time to the direct manager.
- Provide an accurate and detailed Forecast of future demand.
Education & Qualifications:
- University/college graduate with experience in field sales, within the organization preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently in key customer management.
- Bright Intelligent/ Personality/ Willingness to learn/ Team Player / Motivated person.
- Knowledge of technical aspects of garment/textile materials.
- Quick learner with a strong willingness to explore new products/technology.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Ability to work flexibly with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
- Confidence in presenting in front of group of people.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese/Korean is a plus.
- Besides a garment/textile background, experience in speciality products is an advantage (furniture/sporting goods/automotive).
