Job Description:

  • Actively promote Tesla's educational programmes to prospective families, both locally and internationally.  
  • Manage the full admissions sales cycle — from inquiry to application to enrolment — with a strong focus on conversion rates. 
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience for every prospective parent and student, including prompt follow-up and ongoing relationship management. 
  • Conduct school tours and presentations that effectively highlight Tesla's IB programmes, facilities, and student achievements. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in the admissions system. 
  • Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets as set by the Head of School/Marketing Committee.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, events, and community outreach activities aimed at generating leads.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to inform sales strategies. 
  • Ensure every interaction reflects Tesla's values, educational philosophy, and commitment to excellence. 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
  • At least 3 years in the same position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. 
  • Experience in an international school setting or Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework is a plus.
