I. Responsibilities & Duties
1. New Business Development
- Identify, approach, and develop new customers in the garment accessories sector.
- Build and execute business expansion strategies in Vietnam and regional markets.
2. Account Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with garment factories, fashion brands, and OEM/ODM partners.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure high service quality and maximize repeat business.
3. Sales Support & Technical Coordination
- Provide product consultation based on customer needs and technical requirements.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on samples, and coordinate with Production/QA teams to address technical inquiries.
- Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery.
4. Sales Performance & Pipeline Management
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business updates for Management.
5. Market Intelligence
- Collect market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Propose business strategies to enhance market penetration and product competitiveness.
II. Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the textile or garment accessories industry.
- A strong network with garment factories, merchandisers, and buyers is a significant advantage.
- Good command of Chinese (for internal communication) and intermediate-level English.
