ABOUT OUR CLIENT
- A reputable foreign-owned non-life insurer, part of a major global group, expanding its motor dealer distribution in Vietnam. Professional, compliance-focused international environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire and activate motor dealers to meet sales targets.
- Manage dealer relationships, design engagement and incentive programs.
- Handle sales operations: quotations, policy issuance/renewals and dealer support.
- Deliver dealer training (product, claims, risk) and run performance reviews.
- Monitor KPIs, outstanding premiums and report exceptions; liaise with Underwriting, Claims, IT, Finance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/University degree
- 1+ years in non-life insurance (motor/channel preferred).
- Proven B2B sales / partner management skills and basic product knowledge.
- Able to analyse KPIs, manage multiple accounts and run trainings.
- Proactive, customer-centric, team player; English are advantages.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
