This role is responsible for developing B2B customers and providing office equipment solutions, including printers, photocopiers, and scanners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and develop corporate clients, organizations, and offices with needs for office equipment (printers, photocopiers, scanners).
- Consult and propose suitable printing solutions based on customers business needs and budget.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on signing and payment progress.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and handover of equipment.
- Maintain post-sales customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Explore upselling and repeat sales opportunities from existing clients.
- Monitor equipment usage and proactively suggest replacement or upgrade solutions when necessary.
- Report sales performance and customer status to management as required.
Job Requirements- Graduate from Vocational School / College / University (major not required).
- No experience required – fresh graduates are welcome and will be trained from scratch.
- Preferred experience in B2B sales, especially in:
- Printers, photocopiers, scanners
- Office equipment or IT hardware
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work under sales targets.
- High sense of responsibility and willingness to build a long-term career.
- Candidates with an existing corporate customer network are a plus.
