1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Search for and develop customers for the company's products and services, including:
- Bakery & central kitchen products (Baguette, Sourdough, Bagel 15 items) via direct or online channels (stores, offices, F&B partners, small resellers).
- Event & Catering services at the restaurant (parties, birthdays, gatherings), outside/inside catering, and office lunch boxes.
- Private Tour & Dining experiences for small groups and premium customers, featuring European & Vietnamese cuisine (customized menus based on client needs).
- Restaurant's souvenir merchandise includes T-shirts, caps, tote bags, laptop bags, bib aprons, waist aprons, napkins, coasters, water bottles, and ceramic mugs.
- Promote, consult, and close deals, ensuring services match customer needs and budgets.
- Provide quotations and adjust products/services (menus, event setup) upon special client requests.
- Follow up and coordinate with the company's representatives to ensure all orders and service
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably candidates with sales experience in: premium services (private tours, high-class clients), events/catering/B2B, or F&B/food industry.
- Ability to proactively search for and develop clients, and work independently.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills, especially in Basic knowledge of European/Vietnamese cuisine is a plus.
- No foreign language required.
