Business Development: Research potential customers, Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts by promoting CMC Consulting's IT Outsourcing service.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined approach to managing sales pipelines in the CRM system, ensuring consistent flow of opportunities through collaboration with marketing and delivery teams.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with other pre sales, and delivery team to ensure successful delivery outputs of the project.
Market Insights: Stay updated on trends in IT Outsourcing technologies and the specific needs of businesses to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in IT Outsourcing as an global Sales, Account Manager or Business Development.
Having experience in Japanese market sales is preferable.
Japanese proficiency: N2-N1 level.
Good command of communication skills English is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship - building skills.
